News and eventsNew Office 365 FastTrack Planning Services engagement options are now available
Help your customers plan to deploy Office 365 using Office 365 FastTrack engagement options.
Earlier this year, at Worldwide Partner Conference, we were happy to announce the launch of new Office 365 FastTrack Planning Services engagement options. These engagements replace the 3-day Office 365 Pilot, and allow you to work with your customer to create a detailed plan to deploy Office 365 through the FastTrack getting started process.
The new Office 365 FastTrack Planning engagements are available in either a 3-day strategy envisioning session, or an in-depth 10-day enablement and assessment planning engagement. Both options allow you to work with your customers to define the smoothest and most efficient path for deploying Office 365 by creating a detailed deployment plan, preparing a remediation checklist, responding to business and technical objections of deploying the service, and preparing for Microsoft Core Onboarding. The 10-day option will cover all of the 3-day activities as well as allow you to work through complex technical environments while planning for advanced, hybrid deployment scenarios.
All future Planning Services engagements for Office 365 must leverage the updated content and delivery guides available on the Office 365 FastTrack Planning engagement page. If you reserved a voucher to deliver an Office 365 engagement but have not yet delivered it to the customer, please ensure you use the updated engagement materials as the previous Office 365 Pilot materials are no longer supported. All partners who deliver an Office 365 FastTrack engagement must be a certified Cloud Deployment Partner and be able to log in to the FastTrack Portal.
